I’ll be honest, I didn’t fully realize how many ways there are to build wealth until I sat down with David Oliveira .
David is the author of You’re More Than Your Nine to Five and someone who has built multiple income streams while working a regular job. His top sources of income are:
Property deals (rental income, Airbnb, property flips)
Affiliate marketing
Stock investments
Royalties from his books, podcast and publications.
But what struck me most wasn’t just the strategies. It was why he’s building wealth.
He once had to fly his family to Portugal for medical treatment. He didn’t want money to be the reason he couldn’t take care of them.
